One of those two CMP DTCs will set after an extended crank (I forget which). I think I'd clear the DTCs, and run a buzz test to see if you get any IDM codes. If none, I'd be driving it around with the CMP line backprobed at the PCM plug & see what it looks lik... Login to read more.
