We have a 1992 Isuzu NPR 4 cylinder turbo diesel; complete lack of power. Exhaust brake was stuck. We removed exhaust brake for testing purposes. Truck runs fine at low speeds and off the line; but has no power up hills. Has close to 4 or 5 lbs. of turbo boost... Login to read more.
