Had the same problem, take the valve covers off and watch the oil relief tubes on the injectors they HAVE TO SQUIRT OIL TO WORK, as the engine is cranking, no oil no fuel spray in engine,and the kicker is, runs great when warm and start good when block heater ... Login to read more.
