Usually if the VGT pid ever hits 15% or 85% whle driving the turbo vanes are sticking. Unless it has a lot of miles it should be under warranty yet. The turbo sticking can set the ebr codes also. Make sure to clean the IAT2 sensor on evryone that comes in. Login to read more.
