I dont know if this is your PROBLEM...but on my 99 PSD truck, I found quick connects BETWEEN the fuel pump and even inside the tank. I never had a starting problem..but when I eliminated the air intrusion...the truck ran MUCH quieter and better. I need to get ... Login to read more.
