Rusty, I had a F450 w/7.3, around 99 vintage that did the same thing. Had failed cyl contribution on cyl 7 cold, passed warm. You could clearly hear a different tone in the buzz when cold. The buzz wasnt as sharp, but was there, When hot, the buzz was as crisp... Login to read more.
