Hi Rusty, It has a dcl under the dash (that is inactive now) along with an eec4 coonector under the hood correct? If so, the tech has to blind program the pcm through the dcl connector using the wds. Make sure the lighter works(shares fuse with dcl line so a q... Login to read more.
