Randy, ICP needs to be at least 500psi for the engine to start. Thats ICP pressure, not engine oil pressure. The easyiest way to measure ICP is with the NGS scan tool. If you are using a gauge to check ICP, make sure it can take at least 3000PSI. In later mode... Login to read more.
