Hello Bob, I looked at my Cat spec sheet for a 3116 98Z Serial number for an engine that works in an excavator and the fuel pressure should be 58-29 psi. Around 58 psi at high idle and no less than 29 at full throttle stall if possiable. I would verify the fue... Login to read more.
