Hi, I have seen the sector shaft spool valve o-rings and seals go bad that is fixable on the unit, a kit should be avaliable, (give it a try by removing the 4 bolts on the input shaft housing, and marking the housing for re-asembly) but at best this is a 50-50... Login to read more.
