Tom, if it's an RE w/ a 5.9, the alarmstat wires have a nasty tendency to brake right at the weatherpack plug. Also check the wiring for the intercooler high temp swtich, they rub around the back of the alternator. On the FE's they tend to break the fan clutch... Login to read more.
