Al, I ran into the exact problem you are having on a Ford F700 w/ Lucas Gerling brakes. I had no other option but to break the drum. Another tech and I beat the drum w/ a 12 Lb. sledge and the drum finally broke in two pieces. Very drastic measure but it worke... Login to read more.
