Usually if a PowerStroke gets dusted, it takes out cylinders 4 or 5, since inertial tends to direct the dirt to these two holes as the air leaves the intake Y-pipe. I'm thinking #8 injector overfueled and burnt a hole through, or melted, the piston. On the oth... Login to read more. ![]()
