They aren't to hard David, I did a C7 this week and looking at a 3126 we have here yes the cold side of the turbo has to come off. Those are 8mmx1.25 bolts at 10.2 hardness so 25 to 30 ft lbs should get you in the ballpark. HTH Regards Bob Login to read more.
