Matt's on track with the IPR command and cranking RPM. What is the IPR at a hot idle? If the cranking IPR is 50-60% and ICP doesn't come up, it's probably a HP leak. IPR at a hot idle should be between 9-11%, if it's 14% or more, it's probably a HP leak. It co... Login to read more.
