Ben, for my two cents worth. A couple of things come to mind. Check the harmonic balancer, any wobble ,or out of round? (Have seen them loose)Make some sort of pointer and have an assistant bar the engine over , via the accesory drive pulley. You didn't say if... Login to read more.
