That should NOT be the correct one. The adaptor linked was a GM adaptor, not an OBDII. Your GM truck (and Fords too) with 3126 CAT use the OBDII adaptor (J1962) AFAIK the NEXIQ OBDII adaptor doesn't work either. Caveat Emptor Login to read more.
