A cracked or leaking injector sleeve is the source of fuel in the coolant. Don't bother trying to pinpoiunt which one it is, the test does not work. Just replace them all. If you have the correct tools (1-1/4" X 20 tap with a threaded hole on the top) you can ... Login to read more.
