It came out of the fuel filter housing of a 7.3l. Its a '99 E350 with 164k miles.

It is sticky and sweet smelling. It reminds me of dark Karo Surup. We are thinking its some kind of bio-fuel bi-product, but not sure. This is an ambulance..... can't they affo... Login to read more.
