Found the down pipe from the turbo had been replaced with a double wall pipe. The inside had collapsed restricting exhaust flow and consequently turbo boost. Haven't seen a pipe do that since GM cars of the 70's. I have a new pipe from Ford that is single wall... Login to read more.
