Hi Mark. Remove the upper intake plenum and inpect to see whether the "hat" shaped EGR pipe/tube gasket is missing. It should be sitting in the hole in the middle of the lower plenum. Without this gasket, the system gets EGR all the time, regardless of control... Login to read more.
