Thanks Gerry, I put in new glow plugs and relay; at 80 degrees the glow plugs draw 40 amps and 11.5 volts. The amps start dropping off slowly as the glow plugs get hotter, but still are drawing 36 amps after 10 seconds. Very close to what yours is doing. Also ... Login to read more.
