you need the VCM to have a NGS+ or upgrade to PDS using the VCM. i havent seen the CAN upgrade to NGS from hickock but if you want to have all the tests availible, PDS is the way to go. WDS is done at the end of the year once IDS is released, so dont even wast... Login to read more.
