Hi Ken: This truck will recieve an annual Pa State sticker. If it tows a trailer that is REGISTERED for 3,001 gvwr or more, it too must recieve an annual outside sticker, be equipped with brakes on all axles, and have a sufficient break-away system. Dave Login to read more.
