I swear that pic looks exactly like the torque plate I had to replace on a John Deere backhoe/loader (510 C if I remember correctly) about 8 years ago. They were using the small 3 and 1/2 cubic yard bucket as the only loader for 3 dump trucks building... Login to read more.
