No, NGS can't command the IPR, and I don't believe WDS can on the 7.3 either. Usually for IPR diagosis you have to eliminate all the other problems--ICP signal, fuel pressure/quality, injector o-rings leaking. I once had a truck that had a intermittent IPR pro... Login to read more.
