MFDES is a calculated value of the mass of fuel desired. It's never zero, and while it will go up (or down)if the engine is under load (or suffering internally) I've seen no correlation as a "fuel trim" PID. In other words, if the engine's MFDES is 8.5 idling,... Login to read more. ![]()
