AHH, use a 10lb sledge hammer and strike the center of the axle repeatedly untill it jumps out. You'll know when it breaks loose. Dont be afraid to hit it. You will then be able to wedge a small screw driver into the split with a small hammer. You can buy the ... Login to read more.
