Andy,

The glow plug resistance should be 0.1-2.0 ohms when cold. If the engine is cold and they are at 2.5 ohms, they won't glow as long as they should. As the plugs warm, resistance increases making the glow plugs self regulating in respect to current. I ha... Login to read more.
