I don't know if this was mentioned, but you said you have voltage to the glow plugs, but how many amps are being pulled? They run about 10 amps each. GM glow plugs a 6v plugs and run on short cycles. If somebody jumped the controller, they smoke in a heartbeat... Login to read more.
