Bruce, Thanks for the reply. When I remove the PCV valve and open the PCV hose to the atmosphere, the engine will not stall but will idle at about 1700 RPM, which I think seems to be normal since the engine idles a little high anyway. The engine doesn't smoke ... Login to read more.
