Have a marine diesel pump at a marina. Takes hours to fill a large sport fish boat. Has 1 filter on outside of pump. After about 15 minutes of running the speed slows to half. Change filter and it speeds up. Had tanks tested and come up clean. Does not make se... Login to read more.
