There shouldn't BE a 91k rebuild, so there'd really never be SOP for a 91k rebuild.

I'd look at the glow system closely, see if it hadn't been ethered. Look at air cleaner sealing too. Then you might be able to prevent this from doing it again. 91k's WAY too... Login to read more.
