It is safe to say that the Carter Lift Pumps as used on the 1998.5 through 2002 Cummins 5.9 litre engine found in the Dodge Ram is total garbage. The 2003-04 trucks do not look much better. What if anything has anyone done to upgrade or replace this Lift Pump?... Login to read more.
