No hi-idle on propane powered truck, why??

Hey guys and gals,

Working on a 2000 Chevrolet C7500 with a 7.4L propane powered engine. This is an All Star Gas propane delivery truck. It has an Impco fuel system on it, looks like Impco computers also. Tried to scan it with a red brick but not much luck, ... Login to read more.
