It sounds like the EBPR (Exhaust Backpressure Regulator) is sticking closed. It is the "flapper" looking thing on the turbo outlet that acts as an engine warmup device. It has an oil operated servo that is built into the turbo stand. You can visually see it cl... Login to read more.
