Just an FYI. On a 98 and up Isuzu NPR with OHC engine, if you have to replace the oil line to the vacuum pump on the back of the alternator, the manufacture calls for an upgrade to part # 8-97228-671-0, BUT, it will not work unless you also install an 8-97228-... Login to read more.
