Be very sure the adjuster screws are completely bottomed out, especially with new shoes & drums. 1/2 a turn will give you fits. I,ve run into this on more than one occasion. Take the screws out & clean the bores, I also wire wheel the threads & lube (lightly) ... Login to read more.
