Some thoughts. When you say 0 boost, do you really mean that the MAP indicated boost is 0? or 14.7? Check Mass Fuel Desired ( MFDES ) when the problem occurs. Check Manifold Guage Pressure ( MGP ) also. Have you check boost with a guage "T"d into the MAP hose?... Login to read more.
