Windows 3.x was an enviorment with a MS-DOS operating system. Windows 95 and later are enviorment and MS-DOS put together(the way they should be). Now if MS ever gets it's 9000 plus programmers on the same page they might be able to come up nice, maybe. It's a... Login to read more.
