Hi Damon. I believe that it only became a GM TAC Tip as it was just the few first run '01 trucks that seemed to be affected. There was no threadlocker on the bolts. There is a bulletin on a revised torque converter bolt, Doc ID #782166 (Bulletin 01-07-30-007) ... Login to read more.
