Here is a decription of the circuit as I see [...] Pins 85 and 86 are the [...] 30 and 87 are the [...] 87a not used.

With the KOEO I have 12V to pins 30 and [...] power on 87 or to the [...] 30 to 87 kicks the clutch in.
