If they're IH chassis, IH should be able to look up parts by VIN, but I've had grief with RPS vans in the past, too. If you don't see a VIN tag handy, try looking at the vehicle registration or title. Have IH run the chassis number (last 8 of the VIN) ... Login to read more.
