Does this truck have an exhaust brake in the exhaust pipe behind the motor? It sounds like the exhaust brake (Jake Brake) could be stuck closed. Does the engine "sound" differently when the throttle is pressed, or is there no difference at all? I'd look at bre... Login to read more.
