Have a Gradall XL4100 doing the same thing with the 6B rear engine. Sending it out tomorrow,hope it's [...] a square with a level we found the tensioner wasn't parallel with the crank etc. All parts used are OEM. Ordered a new tensioner mount. It's counter sun... Login to read more.
