Sounds like slobber to me as well. Check the oil on the side of the block...does it feel sticky, or tacky? if so it's probably fuel from the exhaust (excessive idle at low RPM). If it's oil, you can run an oil dye test, and check the ports with a blacklight. Login to read more.
