Put truck in field service mode,back probe IAC driver wire pairs at IAC. Should see a consistant square wave form on both IAC [...] not could be a wiring isue or the ECM,if you cant scope it look for a 40hz or 50% duty cycle on IAC drivers in field service mod... Login to read more.
