Two 2002 Fords with 5.4L motors in our fleet have blown spark plugs, (Threads and all!), out of the heads. Warrantied by Ford through dealer with replacement of affected head. (Both vehicles were well within 36k miles.) Have heard this is a known problem. Have... Login to read more.
