Yes Ford uses the 5.9. Now known as the ISB. Our fleet has a 2001 F-650 Dump w/one. If I remember correctly from when I was with Freightliner, the fuel pump power is supplied by the ecm. I don't recall a relay in the circuit. Yes the filter is a drop in type. Login to read more.
