Have a 95 Gulf Stream coach with a B5.9L Cummins. Tested fuel pressure at the filter fitting between the lift pump and the injection pump. Using a 100 psi. guage the needle fluctuated rapidly between 20 and 50 psi. Thought the problem was with the return line ... Login to read more.
